regular hot water outages, no updates/comms from building managment about any of it, hot water goes off and comes back on, sometimes days later without any updates or plan. they say its always being repaired, clearly a deeper issue with the facilities in this building. tenants and owners should come together and take legal action at this point.

building hot water is unreliable and never gets fixed properly, sometimes go days without hot water, even in winter. intercom unreliable, works 50/50. parking at £2200/year is overpriced for the area

What is the best feature of your home:

its cheap, near a station and a newer development so aesthetically in ok condition

The building is very close to the station with easy access to the south coast and Central London. The on-site parking is very good and kept very clean and tidy. The views are fabulous and on a sunny day you can see for miles. A fantastic choice of cafes and restaurants are within easy reach of the flats.

Residents only gym and a gated underground car park

The inbuilt air conditioning in my home is the best feature

It has a resident only gym and underground carpark

The open plain kitchen is simply stunning and spacious.

No street parking, the building car park is over £2000 a year, not worth it. There is a lot of traffic and noise.

I would never moved in if I knew the management was that bad

Close to the station and amenities like Sainsbury’s and co-op

Very well located and strategically placed to be able to access all London in no time. Nice apartment with floor to ceiling windows and great panoramic views. Has all the perks like concierge, gym, gardens, parking spaces, parcel collection etc.

Parking space is expensive at around £1400 per year (if you want it)

What is the best feature of your home:

Amazing views, plenty of light with floor to ceiling windows throughout and modern open plan. Great bathroom too!
