Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I was scared of renting for the first time, but it’s been an amazing experience living here at Momento! I am renting for the first time and the team here at Momento have spoilt me. It’s such a warm environment around here. The team is always available for us. Any issue I have is dealt with immediately and with utmost priority. Sajid in particular has been very helpful throughout my tenancy since the start. The whole team including Ha Mariana, Parm, Desmond and Sajid have been really understanding and very kind. Even the maintenance person Ritesh is proactive and is always there to help. There has never been a time I was left without a resolution for any issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have responded to all my queries immediately. Sajid is very quick in responding to my queries. The whole team is very much service oriented, and they have a customer-first approach. Very warm people in the team who genuinely care and love to help others. Exactly the kind of people I would love to be around in my life.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I just wish I would have moved here earlier. There is literally no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the development is less than 4.5 minutes from the closest Elizabeth line station, which makes it very convenient for unsociable hours of working.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team, including Mr Desmond Pinto, has been crucial on all aspects and levels of the service. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that residents/tenants feel truly at home at Momento Hayes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amenities that are offered, including the gym and big shared spaces.

Neighbours and residents seem friendly and welcoming, which makes settling into the area much easier. Good transport links and nearby amenities (shops, cafes, services) make day-to-day living convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t faced any issues yet, but whenever I needed guidance finding my way around the building and its facilities, the management team was very helpful and proactive in assisting me

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing in particular comes to mind — the move-in process and living experience have both been smooth so far.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have not been here long enough to have a full idea of what is available, but I have moved from Hampstead, and the coffee & wine bars, restaurants, delicatessens and so on that I am used to are not to be found in Hayes. The Grand Union canal is good for walking. The Elizabeth Line provides good access to the centre of London, and of course to Heathrow. There are plenty of local buses, and I particularly appreciate the Super Loop buses. Driving can be a pain, as the centre of Hayes seems to be permanently jammed. I don't use the street features mentioned, as all those facilities are provided by Momento, which, in spite of its proximity to Heathrow, is very quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As stated previously, if there is a problem, Ha seems to be able to fix it. So I am very happy with the management team

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I cannot think of anything important; the pizza and meeting day was good for meeting new people. Further events like that would be helpful to create a real community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hayes has surprised me in many ways. The Elizabeth line from Hayes & Harlington makes life so easy to access central London in around 20–25 minutes, Heathrow in under 10 minutes. Daily essentials are well covered with supermarkets, cafés, and shops in Hayes Town, and the Grand Union Canal is perfect for walks and exercise. With all the regeneration happening, the area is only going to get better. The only drawback “at the moment” is the construction noise during weekdays. The digging and heavy machinery can be disruptive at times, but i want to believe it is temporary and should ease once the building phases are completed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team have been excellent. Any issues I’ve raised have been acknowledged quickly and followed through . Communication has always been polite, clear, and proactive, especially from Sajid, who stand out for their professionalism and care.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I wish I had known beforehand is the level of construction noise during weekdays. With the development still expanding, heavy machinery and digging can be quite disruptive at times. As a nurse who sometimes works night shifts, it can be challenging to get uninterrupted rest during the day. It is manageable, but it would have been useful to know in advance. That said, I want to believe this is temporary and should improve once the construction phases are completed.
