Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
One of the things I really enjoy about living here is how walkable the area is. Sainsbury’s is just a short walk away, and you can take a lovely path by the lake to get there. On weekends, I usually walk to Notting Hill and grab a coffee on Portobello Road – it’s such a nice way to start the day. The building itself is also really well managed. Zeynep and Emily have been so kind and helpful – always quick to respond and genuinely caring. It’s made settling in feel easy and stress-free.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Zeynep and Emelie have been amazing. Whenever there’s been a problem, they’ve been there straight away with a solution. It really makes a difference having such kind and reliable people managing the building.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The flats are modern, bright, and feel very spacious thanks to the high ceilings and large windows. There’s so much natural light throughout the day, which makes the place really comfortable to live in. On top of that, the building is really well managed – Zeynep and Emily have been incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I’ve needed anything

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Public transportation is excellent, with direct access to a bus stop that connects you to the main underground stations. However, the local amenities - like pubs, shops, and so on - could be better in the vicinity. That said, I assume more options will pop up once the construction work is completed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't had any problems yet, but usually the management is very responsive and friendly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing really significant, the onboarding was very useful. Maybe a bit more practical info regarding the technical things in the apartment.

While there are a few minor inconveniences such as traffic noise, the limited availability of nearby shops, restaurants, and bars, and the absence of on-site parking, the overall experience remains very pleasant. What truly stands out is the exceptional hospitality that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere—thanks to the friendly neighbours, dedicated cleaning staff, and the ever-helpful concierge. Their efforts bring a real sense of community and positivity. Additionally, the bin collection service is consistently reliable and efficient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No delay whatsoever and staff as Emelie, Stefan & Zainab goes beyond the extra mile to keep tenants happy!

The walkthrough was done by Maria before we moved in and the sales experience by Olivia, Kyle and Dilan is excellent.

In my local area there are not a lot of services. The area is slowly growing, but it has an important range to improve itself.

The responses are fast and they take in consideration all the requests.

At the moment, it is a quiet place, and it is increasing the services. A little of patience and it will be amazing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The closest shops and restaurants are very far away walking, however Westfield is a ten minute drive away and I know they’re opening up additional areas. There’s a lovely shared working space but could do with a coffee and snack pop up type thing there to grab a coffee and snack whilst working.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I actually love the management here. They are always so helpful and friendly. They’ve gone above and beyond for me constantly- checked on my puppy, helped me after my surgery, got issues with the flat fixed in speedy time (a light was wobbly).
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s lovely living here! I’ve made other dog parent friends, am always greeted with a smile by management and I know if I have a problem when I’m out, I can trust management to help me. I
