It's a quiet area of Birmingham. Not fully occupied and noise is minimal. Decent location within Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Event bookings are easily made online and requirements fully met

Getting to know all the corners of the building takes a while.

Access to everything Birmingham has to offer. Jewellery Quarter is the best spot to be in. Plenty to do

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - Jay was super helpful getting a few kinks in our flat resolved

Wish the bin chutes were working! Only complaint we have

Living at Moda, The Maker is highly convenient. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Birmingham New Street and the Mailbox. There are plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and bars right on our doorstep. Transport links are fantastic, making commuting very easy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I have raised a minor issue or a maintenance request, the management team has responded very quickly. They are polite, take the problem seriously, and usually resolve it efficiently. I feel well-supported living here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known exactly where the designated bin stores were located and how the recycling system works before moving in. It took me a while to figure out the correct procedure for disposing of general waste and cardboard, as the instructions weren't very clear initially.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

What really makes this property is the people - notably Eve who goes above and beyond on a daily basis, Stacey who always has a welcome and a smile. At night Moses and Peter are also constantly there for us as well as keeping us safe and making sure the building runs smoothly. Tom is an amazing part of the team and deserves credit as he works hard to keep everything clean and tidy, adding to the homely experience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - the small amount of issues have been resolved quickly and Charlotte and Sophie have been quick to respond and easy to contact

How great the staff are - the people we’ve mentioned have made our stay worthwhile. How well equipped the gym is!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is perfect, it’s a quiet and safe area that has nice coffee shops and restaurants close by. It’s also very close to city centre and Colmore row is just across the road which is a really nice area with good restaurants and coffee shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well whatever issues I’ve had they sort out as quickly as possible

The views from the tower Newhall is beautiful and the tram stop St Chads is very close by
