Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of Madison in Wembley Park is a major advantage. Everything I need is within easy reach, with Co-op, Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s and two Chinese supermarkets nearby, offering plenty of choice for everyday shopping. It is also great news that an M&S Food store is expected to open next summer, bringing even more convenience. Transport links are excellent, with both the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines providing easy access to Central London. The area also offers a great selection of restaurants, cafés, shops and amenities, including Costco and Starbucks. It is a vibrant, convenient and well-connected place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team is always responsive, helpful and professional. Whenever I have an issue, they listen carefully, respond promptly and work efficiently to resolve it. I really appreciate their care, professionalism and genuine commitment to making residents feel supported and valued.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how helpful and responsive the residential and maintenance teams are.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Currently working aroud Euston square station so living in Wembley is a good location both work and leisure. Well connected to airports such as Heathrow, Luton and Stanstead. Shops are nearby and almost complete that you don’t need to travel to central london.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Staff are all friendly and approacheable. Able to answer inquiries immediately if not able to communicate well through emails.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe residents should have a express pass on underground especially during football games since sometimes games finished at around 7 pm and night shift duty also go to work at that time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s a good range of shops and amenities. One thing that’s needed is a large grocery store which is coming next summer as MS. We also could use a post office and pharmacy and we don’t have one near by. We do have two parks which are awesome they just are very grey and dry. They’ve been this way for years. There’s a whole area we could use to sit in in the new park but it’s a wildflower field which seems like a waste of space. There’s good connections to the tubes and different travel lines. The biggest issue at the moment is with Airbnb’s. We weren’t told about them and now there are random people coming in and out of my floor. There have been instances of smoking from people using the airbnbs and it doesn’t feel safe because the residents are allowing random people in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have and I appreciate it but I needed a sink fixed and they replaced it with one that doesn’t match the other sink and is hard to use

That there would be Airbnbs because that would change things

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects: Lots of dog parks, young working people and families, easy tube access, relatively safe compared to central London, secure buildings Bad aspects: All the in-building gyms too small, small flats, high rent, no added benefits for being a local, tough on event days if it's a particular type of crowd.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are responsive in terms of any repairs etc but the responsiveness does not always translate to a problem being fixed like the washing machine not drying

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It's a great place if you have dogs and want to be around other young people but groceries around are very expensive so you'll find yourself either overpaying at Sainsbury's or ordering online

Everything is accessible living in Quintain living. It's a worry-free neigbourhood as everything you need is just few steps away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very prompt response on queries and very accessible
