Theft is an issue in the area ( local co-op and Tesco express) It is generally a safe place. The area is well served by the Elizabeth Line
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Jo has been exceptional. Since her arrival, she has ensured that communication has been swift and professional. .She is an asset to your company. The previous one was not suitable
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that my rent would go up every year.
