Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is a quiet local area with not many local shops or restaurant in Greenford. The neighborhood seems quiet too (it may be a bit more noisy at night near the tube station). I usually drive to Harrow or Ealing if I need to go to restaurant or bars. So far no complaints

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Within the development the property management is excellent - especially I would like to say thank you to Pinky and Martina from Resident Services Team in Lyons Dock and the Security Team in the same building for helping me to secure a parking bay. The parking space in the building is quite limited so they have spent extra effort for helping me to find a parking bay (not just limited to the building but within wider Greenford Quay)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I know that the central line night tube does not cover Greenford station

I will make sure to convey your thanks to Martina & Pinky alongside the reception and security team at Lyons Dock and I am glad we managed to secure you a parking space when we are exceptionally occupied. In regard to your question on air conditioning, as you know none of our apartments have internal air conditioning installed as part of the planning permission and the carbon footprint it would incur if this was done, so this is inline with the council, London legislation for a development of our size. Living at Lyons Dock has been a great experience. The Building has a very nice amenity space collection with canal views and easy going feel

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are usually responsive and very helpful when meeting face to face. All are welcoming

The parking facility is now not easily available as it was before.

Only bad aspect is there are no big supermarkets nearby. A small Coop and an M&S food 15 minutes down the road don't actually give an economic convenience

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually they are prompt with responses, and address concerns like lack of hot water quite quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing I can think of. Perhaps maybe know that you still have to pay a small fee for using the cinema (if you book it privately), or if you book a meeting room, it'll cost a bit (not much)

We are lucky to have residents as yourself who are always providing valuable feedback and helping us improve the service and standards to go the extra mile. I am excited at all the new vendors coming in the next few months to Greenford Quay from Fitness to cafe's and will share your response on big supermarket with our development team. The amenity space fee which is quite minimal 5£ an hour to host up to 11-12 people is by far amazing value for our residents and their guests and I am glad you are using those. The good - a well maintained development with great amenities! Regular food trucks organised by greystar during spring/summer months brings in good community vibe. Newly openned coffee/food/bar is a welcome addition to greystar community. The ever convenient COOP is very handy, otherwise there is M&S, Lidl etc. at local shopping centre 10mins walk. View of the canal adds charm. Transport - central line 10minutes away and 30 minutes to central London. The bad - zero free parking for guests staying over 2hrs. No decent restaurants. Nearest is Ealing Broadway but bad transport links if you do not drive. Road in front of the building can be noisy with anti social drivers. Canal walks very untidy beyond Greystar development.

Very good! Anything raised they show up and fix the issue

Nothing! Scope the area and then decide! We knew what to expect!

Dear Rey, Thank you for your review. I am happy to read all of the resident events, the community spirit, great amenity and living conditions are enjoyed and appreciated. In regards to transportation links, we are lucky to be situated both 5-8 minute walk to Greenford station for the central line which gets you into the city in 30 minutes or less and the Sudbury hill station which allows you to get onto the Piccadilly line. We understand parking is important and therefore have a short stay parking facility up to 2 hours free if you visit next to tillerman's court starbucks car parking inside on the right hand side. Due to the development, the area feels very nice and secure and gives a community feeling. I love how we always have different events happening and its very inclusive for everyone.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Courtney and Pinky are always available and efficient to solve any problems and queries I have. I definitely love living here even more because of the two amazing staff members who I can rely on when needed.

Everything is perfect from the day we came for a viewing to 6 months in living here. Staff, cleanliness, security, flawless!
