The good things is that the flat itself is really good and the area is quite and safe. However, I would like to see more shops and restaurants will be opened soon.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team is very willing to help and kind.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There’s not many restaurants and shops around the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location and immediate surrounding areas are great. It’s generally pretty quiet both during the day and of an evening. The area by the canal on occasions and parts on a weekend can be oust and beefing on ASBO. Parts of the canal close to Lyons Dock are very untidy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We ohave only had one issue while we’ve been here where we had a repair job which hadn’t been done but had been marked down as complete! This was remedied immediately once we’d re-reported the issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The untidy areas along the canal. The noise which comes from the canal (occasionally) particularly during the summer nights

I love this place other than being a tiny bit far the staff are amazing and everyone is so nice and helpful

I haven’t had any problems so far but they have helped me moving in

There is a coop 3 mins walk away I wish I had known that before walking all the way to Lidl

Living in my local area has been a generally positive experience. The variety of local shops and restaurants is excellent, offering a mix of independent stores and well-known brands. There’s always something new to try. Public transport links are convenient, with frequent buses and a nearby tube station, making commuting easy. The area also has some lovely open spaces and parks, perfect for walks and relaxation.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive and quick to address any issues raised, from maintenance to general concerns. They are efficient, providing timely updates and solutions, ensuring that problems are resolved swiftly and professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that parking can be quite limited, especially during evenings and weekends. It would have been helpful to understand how competitive it can be. Additionally, while the communal facilities are great, they can get busy at peak times, so it’s worth planning around that.

Love the area, lots of green area and also easy to jump on the train into London. Need some restaurants in the area. But I love it
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They fix the problem or update you when it will happen. Parts can take sometime but Akron’s very good

Two stations, not just the central line also the Piccadilly.
