Very good location nice views restaurants shops bus and train close by. Safe and clean areas. Nice parks around the area. New shops are opening up.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not had any problems yet they normally are good dt a responding to repairs.

The best part of the location is the proximity to the DLR, therefore Stratford and Canary Wharf are minutes away. There are not many cafes, restaurants, amenities in the local area. Parking permits are not allowed to residents and there are no parking spot available.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management frequently changed during my short tenancy and they frequently would not respond to enquiries. They also made errors on my amount due, furnishing requests and other items.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would not have agreed to live here if I knew how unsafe the property was.

Limited shops, rubbish in and outside building, homeless people living in the building, people sit on internal stairs smoking weed, bins overflowing,

A lot of antisocial behaviour and no involvement from landlord if things break/antisocial behaviour but will charge you a premium rent.

Will never rent with L&Q again based on this experience

Good: local shops near by, public transport. Bad: antisocial-behavior

Good location, good facilities near by, good public transport links, parks near by.
