Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my area has both positives and negatives. There’s a good range of local shops, cafés, and restaurants, with several parks and open spaces nearby that are well maintained. Public transport is generally reliable with frequent bus and train services, although peak times can be crowded. On my street, parking is limited, especially in the evenings, and bins are fine despite the strikes because of Calvin and Amrit so stay on top of it and don’t let it accumulate. Traffic noise is noticeable during rush hour, but anti-social behaviour is rare, and the neighbourhood feels safe overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve only been here for a couple weeks so I haven’t needed any help with issues or problems. But what I would say is great is they didn’t let me be on my own when it came to figuring out bills, they gave me some recommendations and helped me get sorted

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was living in the Mercian prior to this, so I already had somewhat of a knowledge in how Moda operate and how it is living under their establishment. The only main thing I found to be an issue is the parking space but that should easily be resolved when the new spaces open up

Living in this area has many positives. There is a good range of local shops, restaurants, and cafés, and several lovely open spaces that make it easy to enjoy walks and fresh air. Transport links are quite convenient, with frequent buses and nearby train services, although rush hour can sometimes mean delays or crowded carriages. On my street, parking is usually manageable and bin collections are reliable. It’s generally a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, though occasionally there can be some traffic noise during busy times. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant place to live

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Jack and Talia from the management team have been especially helpful, always professional, approachable, and quick to resolve any issues. Building management is generally responsive, and property management provides clear communication and support when needed.

Nothing especially Overall, thanks to their efforts, the development feels well cared for and offers a great balance of convenience, comfort, and quality of life.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Being close to the city centre was very important to me but I also didn’t want to be close enough where I would hear the busyness and loudons yard really did just that. Since, it’s quiet during the weekends and evening.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were quick to respond to all my questions, since moving in I haven’t had any issues that required me to call in the maintenance staff but, when I first moved Mark and Reece were lovely and very helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wished I would’ve known about the Moda application earlier, as they announce all the events.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great location, close enough to all the pubs and restaurants but far enough that you don’t hear busy noise and traffic

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All my concerns were quickly responded to and sorted out by Lee, Calvin, and Kerry.

How lovely the staff are and they make this place feel like a home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range of shops around is good we’re also very local to Morrisons. Noise levels are fine considering we are on a busy road. It’s also very convenient we are next to the tram line.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Upon our move in date being moved due to a misunderstanding with our tenancy we were nearly left without no apartment for a scheduled date. This was quickly solved as Talia spoke with management to ensure we moved in on time!

I wish we knew a little bit more about utilities and wish we was able to view the exact colour furniture that was in our apartment.
