Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area has been quite convenient. There is a Morrisons and Tesco within walking distance, making grocery shopping easy. Transport links are excellent, with a bus stop right in front of the building and a tram stop just across the road, providing quick access to the city centre. The building also offers on-site parking, which is very convenient for residents with cars.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Mark and Reece from the maintenance team are especially polite and very helpful. They’re quick to handle any issues that arise and always respond in a professional and friendly manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew what was below our apartment as our apartment is above the gym and bin room which is generally kept at a low temperature. This affects our apartment floor especially in winter as it makes the floor very cold.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. There are also some lovely parks and green spaces nearby, which are ideal for relaxing walks and getting fresh air. Public transport links are strong, with reliable buses and good train access to the city centre and beyond. On the street itself, bin collections are consistent, and parking is generally available, though it can be limited at peak times. The neighbourhood feels safe and community-oriented, with minimal noise or anti-social behaviour. It’s a great mix of urban convenience and residential comfort.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded to issues promptly and professionally. Any maintenance concerns or general enquiry I’ve raised have been handled quickly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, everything was so smooth from the start. One thing that really stood out was how helpful Jack was—he even helped set up my electricity and water bills. He recommended using Homebox, which made the whole process quick and stress-free. It was one less thing to worry about during the move, and I really appreciated the extra support.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area has both its positives and challenges. On the positive side, there’s a good variety of local shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, offering both independent and chain options. There are also several well-maintained parks and green spaces that are ideal for walks, sports, or just relaxing. Public transport is generally reliable, with frequent buses and a nearby train station that makes commuting into the city convenient. However, there are a few drawbacks. Parking on my street can be difficult, especially in the evenings or on weekends, and traffic noise can be noticeable during peak hours. Bin collections are usually on schedule, but sometimes bins are left out for too long, which can be unpleasant. There have been occasional incidents of anti-social behaviour, mostly during weekends, but nothing too severe. Overall, it’s a fairly pleasant and convenient place to live, especially if you value access to local amenities and transport links.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is generally responsive and polite, but resolution times can vary depending on the issue. Urgent matters are usually handled quickly, while less critical concerns may require follow-up before action is taken.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how limited the parking availability can be, especially during evenings and weekends—it’s something that doesn’t come across during a typical viewing. Also, while the building is generally quiet, soundproofing between some units isn’t great, so occasional noise from neighbours can be noticeable. I’d also recommend checking the frequency and reliability of the lifts, as there have been a few maintenance issues. For new neighbours, I’d suggest joining the resident WhatsApp group; it’s helpful for updates and building-related tips.

We've been living in this apartment for about 9 months and overall, it's been a very comfortable experience. The building is well-maintained and located in a convenient area, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and other essentials. We've really enjoyed living in this apartment, and one of the highlights has been the amazing team at the front, especially Ryan, Laura, and Kerry. They are always incredibly friendly, approachable, and supportive. Whether it's for maintenance requests, general questions, or just a quick chat, they're always available and happy to help.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has been responsive and easy to communicate with.
