Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good aspects: Location is excellent and a steal for the price. It's got great transport links. Great range of local shops and entertainment. Not far from Edgbaston village. Bad aspects: There is a lot of litter in the surrounding streets. The adjacent car park and street has reports of cars being broken into.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had a couple of maintenance issues and they are resolved next day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We didn't realise how close the city centre is by tram. We cross the road and the tram is basically there and takes you to the city centre.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is well connected and convenient, with plenty of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars nearby. Transport links are excellent, making it easy to get around Birmingham. Traffic can be busy at peak times, but overall it’s a great place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has been very responsive whenever we have raised any issues. Problems are handled quickly and professionally, with clear communication throughout the process. The team is approachable and always willing to help resolve any concerns.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Before moving in, I wish I had known more about the parking situation. Parking availability can be limited, so it is worth checking the options in advance. Apart from that, the building, facilities and management team have been excellent. My advice for new neighbours would be to familiarise themselves with the parking arrangements early on.
Manager response
Hi Lorraine Thank you for such a positive review and noting the efforts made by the team. We work hard to ensure your stay with us is enjoyable and iits great for the team to see that their efforts are appreciated. If there is anything we can help with further, please let us know. Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Loudon’s Yard is nestled next to the Edgbaston Village where great independent local food and beverage scene meets excellent connectivity by trams and buses. The local Chamberlain Park and the Edgbaston Reservoir, both a stone throw’s away, are another nice bonus for dog owners or outdoor enthusiasts.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes the new management team has been on the ball since they were brought in
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing really. The only thing I didn’t know was that it’s more in the middle of Edgbaston and Ladywood
Manager response

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
loving just off of broad street there are endless options for restaurants and shops, there is a large morrisons a 5 minute walk away from the apartments. there is a bus stop that goes straight into town right outside and the tram that stops right outside of morrisons so these are very convenient. bin collections are frequent and the bin stores are large and the windows and walls are very thick so you rarely hear traffic noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
the biggest problems we’ve faced have been maintenance issues which have been resolved efficiently with other appliances being provided in the meantime.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
the events here are great and you get to meet a lot of your neighbours which is nice.
Manager response
