Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a local supermarket nearby which is convenient for daily shopping, and there is also a nice breakfast café literally next to the building. The riverside area is good for walking and spending time outdoors. I am not very familiar with the public transport options, but I believe the nearest connections are around a 10 minute walk away. The building has its own parking spaces and there is also a multi storey car park nearby. I have not experienced any traffic noise or noise pollution. To be honest, the bin chutes sometimes get blocked, but there is a sufficiently large bin room on the ground floor of the building which is generally adequate.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally been responsive when issues are raised. Communication is clear and they try to help when problems are reported. Minor issues have been handled reasonably well and the concierge team is also helpful in directing requests to the right people.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Overall there were no major surprises after moving in. One thing to be aware of is that the bin chutes can occasionally become blocked, but there is a bin room available as an alternative. Other than that, the building is generally quiet and well managed, and the facilities meet expectations.
