Stunning location, 5 minute from centre with stunning views of the docks, so peaceful zero noise pollution. Couldn’t feel safer and more welcome.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Within the same hour if not minute. Really eager to assist and help.

More available parking would be a slay however discounts as mouse coffee is a dream.

Great selection of shops/restaurants close by, including groceries and bars. Close walk to James street station and L1 bus station providing many links to areas.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues raised since moving in but from what I’ve experienced I’m sure these would be dealt with quickly

Convenient walk into town, convenient shops nearby, nice cafes and bars. Also living near the water is great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes every time I have an issue they are quick to respond and action, and nothing is a problem

The price of parking ! Even tho I don’t have a car, it’s hard to have visitors who drive due to price of parking nearby

Great area close to town, quiet a night, good amount of shops near by for essentials and opposite the water which is bonus

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've had no issues at all so far my apartment has been spot on

I wish I knew how great the overall area was I lived in the Baltic, I wish I moved sooner

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, bars and lovely views for nice walks. The building is easy to get to via any kind of transport. Bus station is a 15 minute walk, 2 train stations very close by. The atmosphere is buzzing, bus yard and wyld sauna close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It has been sorted quickly with no problems and friendly staff

How friendly the staff and residents are and the fantastic things they do for the residents
