Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s nice and quiet but at the same time only a short walk to city centre, there is many bars close by also if you don’t fancy going into centre. Parking can be an issue and normally means paying for the garage, which can be quite a bit specially if just the one person.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, any issues in the flat gets logged through an app and they will send someone round

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

-local Tesco is close, but bigger supermarkets aren’t. -If you need a garage it’s a bit pricey on top of rent but handy. -Some of the flats are pet friendly. -Can store bikes in the garage -Depends where you flat faces you might not got any sun

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Loved living here. The location is great being so central to town, (but on street parking can be tricky if you don’t have an underground parking spot). Approx 5 mins to walk to the local Tesco and a further 10 to get into the centre of Leeds.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always quick and resolved without issue. No complaints.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flats with inward facing balconies (facing the garden/courtyard) are lovely.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall great area to live in, close enough to the city centre for handiness but also far enough out to be a lot quieter and away from the business. City centre is 10 minute walk away from endless options for shops, restaurants, bars etc. More local, 5 minute walk from great bars/restaurants like Cross Keys, Midnight Bell, Grove Inn, Boathouse, Livin Italy etc + a Tesco around the corner. Usually good parking availability on the street/surrounding streets and not badly priced. Bin area downstairs for all rubbish

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are usually quite responsive and try their best to sort any issues ASAP.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just the possible trouble when moving out with trying to take a lot of money off your deposit for general wear and tear, however this may have changed with the new team. I’m not 100% sure at this moment.

Manager response

Stephen thank you for your detailed review and for sharing your experience at Leodis Square. We’re so pleased to hear that you’ve found your apartment spacious and homely, and that you’ve been enjoying the facilities and resident events - it's great that they've made a positive difference to your time here. We appreciate your note about the move-out process. We take this kind of feedback seriously and will continue working to ensure the process is handled clearly and reasonably for all residents. Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really good location, close to Leeds city center. Nice gym and study/work space. Friendly staff and fun events eventhough spaces are very limited.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quickly. The application for a fault is easy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I realised there wasn’t many windows that u can open securely. I was happy to find out that events are run. The current one I went to was very enjoyable and was nice to meet fellow residents and do some crafts after work .

Manager response

Dear Michela, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re so pleased you’re enjoying the excellent location, friendly atmosphere, and community events - especially the recent craft evening! We appreciate your comments about the apartment and your note on ventilation - we understand preferences can vary and always welcome feedback that helps us understand residents’ day-to-day experiences. It’s great to hear that you’re happy with the furniture, found the bed comfortable, and that our maintenance process has been straightforward. Thanks again for your kind recommendation!

The best apartments in Leeds & lovely management team (especially James Kennedy)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location, right near the Granary Wharf which is the nicest place in Leeds (still somewhat of a hidden gem, along with Wellington Place). Nice and quiet area, barely any traffic noise, close to multiple bus stops and a Tesco express which is so helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There's a really smooth and easy process to getting any problems fixed. You just submit a ticket via the app and they schedule the fix in very quickly, and are always nice, friendly, and helpful. The site manager (James Kennedy) should be particularly applauded, as he went above and beyond for us many times. A real pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful, kind, friendly, and competent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How good the balconies are, how good the gym is, and how amazing the location is for Leeds (being close to Granary Wharf/ the canals and train station, less than 10 minutes walk).

Manager response

Will, thank you for such an enthusiastic and generous review, we’re delighted to know how much you enjoy living at Leodis Square. It’s especially meaningful to hear that even after viewing many other apartments, you still feel this is the best place to call home. Your kind recognition of James and the wider management team is also very much appreciated. Your feedback means a great deal, and thank you again for choosing Leodis Square as your home!
