I’ve been living here 2 years now, I’ve bought the place and have had no regrets since. The apartment is the perfect size for me since I’m a single resident. My bedroom is very spacious and so is the living room. The building management are always responding to me on time and even better the concierge, they’re friendly and we all get along. My neighbours are all professionals and never disturb us either. I find everything relatively close to me, like the station and Tesco/co-op is only 6 minute walk!!

Central location
The design is nice and I’m more than happy with the living space. I feel that there could be air conditioning or better ventilation as it can get quite got in apartments. There have also been some issues with the doors sometimes.

I would have a/c and better ventilation during the summer
Quiet and close to station
I really enjoy living here and it is great that the station is within walking distance. I wouldn’t necessarily say that it is very spacious however that is to expect when living in London. I also feel that the place is really good value for what I am currently paying. The concierge is also very helpful with any requests I have had.

I like that the station is really close by and there isn’t really anything I dislike, perhaps that there is some noise from construction work that is going on.
