Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are many restaurants and cafes in Jewellery quarter and various other things e.g bars or even yoga classes or pottery so you’ll never not have something to do. As it’s around 10 minutes from the main train station it’s an amazing spot if you need train travel and there are lots of buses in the surrounding area. There are a few street parking options in the area if you don’t manage to get a spot with landrow.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As of yet I have not raised and issue, so there has been no response to note.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking (inside) is hard to get as there are only a few spaces and they are usually all taken so be aware of that if you have a car.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Landrow Place is centrally located, making it a very convenient place to live—especially if you work or study in Birmingham city centre. My office is just a 5-minute walk away, and there’s easy access to transport links including trains, buses, and the tram. Grand Central and the Bullring are nearby for shopping, and there’s a great range of restaurants and bars in both the Jewellery Quarter and Colmore Row areas. The street itself is generally quiet with limited traffic noise, and I’ve had no issues with bin collections. Parking is somewhat limited, but that’s to be expected in such a central location. Overall, it’s a great place to live if you want everything within easy reach.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has generally been responsive, but there is room for improvement—particularly in how quickly maintenance issues are resolved. While they do eventually follow up, it can sometimes take longer than expected. Still, most concerns are addressed in the end.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing you might not realise from a typical viewing is how quiet and peaceful the building can be, despite being so central.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Its location is great. Close to tesco express and a 15 minute walk to tesco superstore. Lots of restaurants and extremely close to central.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The older management was on top of it. New management is okay at responding to concerns but lacks personal touch which is what I appreciated about the building before.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew about the utility bills pricing as it is higher than normal.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The transport links for the apartment are amazing. 10 minute walk to Birmingham New Street with Snow Hill also being round the corner.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond to any faults or queries without hesitation.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I live on a higher floor which provides more natural light so I would definitely recommend to live higher up. The lower floors don’t have an unobstructed view which limits sunlight.
