Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Area is kind of convenient - tube really close, nice availability of grocery shops, some restaurants but not much more. Bin collections is awful. Some due days, they are not showing up, some others, they are taking only half of them. They don't put back the bins inside the bin store and let them in front of the main door. Not rare to see rats feeding themselves there. Issue had been reported multiple times by multiple residents to the housing association and the council but the issue isn't fully resolved since more than 3 years.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management usually respond in timely manner to acknowledge the issue raised. The time taken to resolve the issues is another story though. If you're lucky it can be a couple of weeks, if not it can take years.

Quality of shops is great. Bin management is extremely poor. Links to transport network is great. However parking facilities are tight and prone to accidents.

Very good location. Nice people. Kids mess around in the garage, some vandalism. Traffic noise is low.

Frequent elevator failures, if of old age have to climb the stairs often.
Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:
Modernise infrastructure. Give food waste bags like other flats to encourage food waste separation. Fix elevators.

The first good aspect in our local area is that is safe place to live in , crime rates and violence are lower than london average .

That is quality of the management of the property and which routine cleaning that applied to clean the building.
What is the best feature of your home:
That is the good insulation of the flats that help us to reduce power bills.

Transport connectivity is good. Bin collection is a big issue. Property is open from all the sides and is very unsafe .every other day we need to call police because of the anti social behaviour.

Very poor response most of the time.Some issues have not been responded at all.
