Excellent location. The houses are designed well & facilities within the property's are good. The management company who look after the site are non existent & we have asked bromford on multiple occasions who we are to pay the service charge too. We are still yet to find out who we are to pay for the service charge

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location with a local shop & butchers, pubs are within walking distance. Road noise is not much of a problem & it’s a very quiet area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Eventually got snagging issues sorted but were very slow to do so.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How rude on site staff were after moving in. After they have your money the customer service gets forgotten.

Lovely site but room for improvement in communication

The overall development is lovely, we’re very pleased with the layout of the site and look of our property. However, the property management was poor, our handover was less than satisfactory and snagging still has not been sorted, as once handover was complete communication went quiet.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Our local area is great, it’s semi-rural so benefits from the benefits of the countryside but town is a short drive. We have farm shops, pubs and a few restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

This was a real issue for us. In terms of snagging, handover and any problems we had we were told they were very busy and would get to it. It wasn’t a priority and we were left waiting months.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The challenges that would still be after the handover, how many small issues there would be.
