Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location! We have a few cafes around, 1 about to open soon as well. We are very well connected with so many different transports (buses, trains and underground) and we are in central London very fast. We have lots of green around us which makes it very enjoyable to go for walks (especially with my dog). The building has parking so it makes it very easy. We are close to the Brentford Stadium, but despite this, you don’t even hear any noise from games day.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very proactive and helpful! The fact that they are always on site it really helps
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Possibly the mattress could be more comfortable and I wish I knew so I could ask to remove it and purchase my own because I have back problems so I normally use mattresses specific for my condition

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is Great! We have Brentford leisure centre which has a swimming pool literally 2mins walking distance; there are a few local shops (Sainsburys, Co-op and Mum’s); we have a cute cafe 1min away. We are also 5mins walk from all pubs along the river Thames and also 15mins walk from Kew Gardens. It’s also very well connected: there are different bus stops, Gunnesbury station 15mins walk and you are in central London in no time!!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been fast in responding and understanding. Having maintenance on site is really useful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There a few events organised by the team which are fun!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great, you have the choice of the bustle of Chiswick High Street, the short walk to Brentford and Kew across the river. Great parks and green spaces and some of London's best pubs on your doorstep. Transport is good with two lines going from Gunnersbury and national rail calling at Kew Bridge Station. Our street and building is quiet and everyone is friendly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded promptly and professionally. Issues are acknowledged quickly, communication is clear, and any concerns are resolved efficiently, making the overall experience reassuring and hassle-free.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything was pretty well explained, we haven't had any shocks at all and knew the area pretty well before moving

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area offers an excellent range of local shops, supermarkets, and cafés, making everyday living both convenient and enjoyable. Nearby parks and green spaces provide ample opportunities for walking, exercise, and outdoor recreation. Transport links are excellent, with strong road connections and reliable public transport services, ensuring straightforward commuting and easy access to surrounding areas. Combined, these features contribute to a comfortable, well-connected, and pleasant living environment.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has always responded quickly and efficiently to any issues raised. Residents can easily report maintenance requests through a dedicated mobile app, which makes the process simple and convenient. Communication is clear, and problems are typically resolved promptly, contributing to a positive living experience.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how much value the on-site amenities add to everyday life. The co-working space, gym, are all well maintained and genuinely useful, making it easy to balance work, fitness, and social activities without leaving the building.
