The proximity to the river makes it more attractive to nature lover.

The proximity to the river makes it more attractive to nature lover. The building offers few facilities, the Property Management makes the stay smooth and pleasant in case an issue arise. Internal finish of the flat is good, south facing allows plenty of natural light to get in. Quite place

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Location is exceptional with easy connection to central London. Helpful Management, ample rooms

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bedroom windows have been replaced which is great, living room also should be replaced to improve the insulation even more. Hope this will be done

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Helpful management, cleaning of the communal areas could be improved

Functional. Lovely gated road, right across from Kew Bridge Station. There is on-site management, landscaping, and recycling banks positioned around the development. It’s a nicely thought out area, with green spaces throughout and and side exit / entrance onto the river.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is excellent. The central point bordering on multiple areas, Kew, Chiswick, and Brentford. You can exit straight onto the beautiful river, to the historic Kew Gardens, train and underground stations, or onto the M4. The location is as perfect as it gets, as far as West London goes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The current redevelopment work going on replacing the windows has been a little disruptive since January.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

The flats may be a bit pricey for today’s market but it’s definitely a nice comfortable place you’ll end up staying.

Top facilities, could utilise space of apartments better

Facilities and property management have always been maintained well and good communications to all residents.

Ideally I would like a number we know 100% of the time of day we could contact, sometimes when I needed a meter reading doing during the weekend it was difficult to get in touch.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Great location, close to train station. Apartments are relatively small compared to other 1 beds in the area however.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

CS7 being built directly outside of the flat, therefore nightmare for the last 12 months of building work

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Larger bedroom as is very cramped, and also bike storage available to all and constantly reviewed

Great neighbours. The development itself is aging slightly but in excellent condition. Customer service is always prompt, with someone coming out within a day or two, or sometimes within hours to resolve problems.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Perfect location. Train station into Waterloo right across the road and really quiet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They have recently changed to permit-based parking, but there is no limit provided you can prove ownership of multiple cars.

Kew Bridge Court is a secure, gated apartment complex with an enviable location off Chiswick High Road

Review Date Feb 2019

Kew Bridge Court is a complex of one and two-bedroom apartments in the area of Kew Bridge and Strand on the Green. The secure gated development is in a private, peaceful setting just off Chiswick High Road and minutes from the River Thames.

Speaking of the apartments, they’re modern and neutral throughout, and feature bay windows which add a nice homely touch and create a point of interest inside. Properties at Kew Bridge Court also come with the addition of allocated off-road parking, which is rare in the area.

Kew Bridge railway station is at the entrance to the development – just across Chiswick High Road – so transport links are very good. Direct trains run from here to London Waterloo in 30 minutes, which is great news for professionals working in central London but looking for living space out in the leafy suburbs.

And leafy it most definitely is, of course. Gunnersbury Park is north of the development and offers plenty in the way of open space, while Kew’s Royal Botanic Gardens lie just over the other side of Kew Bridge itself. Factor in Richmond Park beyond that and there’s an abundance of green space that makes Kew Bridge Court an attractive option for anyone seeking the best of both worlds – peace and tranquility on the doorstep, and the beating heart of London close by.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Kew Bridge Court, as the name suggests, is close to Kew’s Royal Botanic Gardens as well as Richmond Park. That makes it a great option for anyone seeking peace and tranquility, but central London is equally easy to reach thanks to Kew Bridge railway station on the doorstep.
