Great place to live. There's a lovely community feel around Innes Gardens and the location (so close to Putney Heath/Wimbledon Common/Richmond Park) is fantastic - it's nice to be able to get some fresh air in London. Facilities are well maintained and issues are largely resolved very quickly.

Innes gardens is a practical building with a lot of space as well as good insulation/noise reduction. Gardens are cared for incredibly well and are left looking very presentable at all times. Lift has never broken and is practical also.
