Great location and vibes, lacking theft prevention

The garage should be automatic preferably reading of the plate, there should be no visuals of the bike storage unfortunately there is. There is a whole garage next to us which is EMPTY, disgraceful use of space. The employees are very friendly and make your day!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops are great, very local, transport is also very good. No noice complaints, bins are regularly removed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to know that the bike storage would be visible for the public to peak in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The views, we get to watch football games for free !

The development service is good. The only problem is they didn't tell me that Lily house does not have concierge. We have some problems here regarding the security and post services. If they could put a concierge table for this building and someone for even a couple of hours, it could increase the security. We also do not have a bin for compost.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is good. Good access to Hammersmith and Richmond via bus and train. Kew gardens, Thames and ... I like it. I hope there will be more grocery stores nearby soon. There's only one sainsbury's.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't know Lily house doesn't have the concierge. Sometimes I feel unsafe. I wish the corridors had CCTV camera .

What is the best feature of your home:

It is nice and cosy. Energy efficiency is good. It is the middle of November and I haven't turned on the heater yet. The quality of cabinet are good. All together it is very nice one bed flat.

Great location and lovely energy in the neighbourhood. The flats have good noise control and retain heat very well, would be good if we could have had more input into the design of the kitchen and had the opportunity to have AC installed. The parking space has been very tightly put together, it is okay now but when the car park is full I imagine it will be annoying to get in and out of.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are great transport links. A lot of great restaurants and bars that are 20/30 minutes walk but would be good to have some closer. Same with supermarkets.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The views from flat and how nice it looks when the sun is shining. The bad would be not being able to open the internal door without going downstairs

What is the best feature of your home:

The views of the stadium! Inside the home I think the heat retention is great and the big windows are amazing to let sun inside.

Apartment was so poorly finished it took over a year to do the snagging, which was a real struggle. There are still endless issues with heating, water, security. So many design faults which developer will not rectify. Property management by Firstport is just awful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Retail space in building is unoccupied. Car vandalism in Capital interchange Way is continuous. The whole area is a construction site, including weekend works.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How awful the design was going to be; no thought at all.

What is the best feature of your home:

Plenty of light via tall windows. Easy access to Kew Bridge Station.

Design is great however certain aspects of the finishing feels rushed - property and building management has been a challenge so far with various issues however this is to be expected with a new build development, overall a good experience given the number of people

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops could be better, transport links are amazing and within 5 minutes walk of the river and local pubs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the residents are unable to take over the management company until all flats are sold

What is the best feature of your home:

Proximity to the river and feeling like you are not in central london whilst having such good transport connections
