Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good part is the location and connection to local transport. Bad part is the management agency who does nothing and plus the development where there is no space for green garden.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No to most of them, property management company is good for nothing. They don't provide any service and just waste money in like window cleaning.

That council homes will be allocated in front of us.

At the moment there is no traffic noise with exception of construction which is to be expected. No anti social behaviour and lots of young families. Parking can be a problem if you drive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have addressed issues promptly and responded within reasonable timeframes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish they told us that the gym wouldn’t be built for a few years and that the parking would be so strict.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a wide variety of shops in the local area which is very good to have. There are not so many bars or pubs but we don't visit anyway. The local parks are very nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded, usually swiftly and got matters resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish they would have told us that the gym and shops wouldn't be ready for a few years! and that parking would be such an issue.

Great refreshing site but it’s just the waiting game for the rest of the facilities to be finished. The management team are great at helping however parking is very limited

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had no issues apart from when we were trying to move in but it all got sorted

I wish we had known that the facilities were going to take so long

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Eastman village is 10 minutes away from the nearest town centre and 12 minutes away to the station by walking. A bus stop is situated at the front of the development which can take you to harrow bus station and harrow on the hill town centre in less than 10 minutes. Parking space is limited in the development but available visitor parking can be booked on line. Bin collection is done regularly by the harrow council.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt response to our requests or issues. Eastman village staff are also polite and accommodating.

Better ask for the price of service charge, ground rent, energy centre, parking availability prior to purchasing your first home.
