Icons homes is the worst agency you could ever rent with. never make the mistake many of us did. uncooperative and do not care what any of us tenants are going through, as long as they’re making bank.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

management never respond to maintainance emails. i have a maintainance issue outstanding for the past year and a half. they also never respond to regular emails, unless it’s something to do with money. go figure.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

i wish i had known that renting here would be the worst mistake of my life.

Loads of Good shops and good transport, parking availability (Yes) bin collections, (Yes Wenesday) anti-social behaviour (None) & traffic noise (Minimal)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes They sometimes take some time but very reasonable with the repairs

Ask about the rules in the building and how they operate with repairs

I loved this area because have a lot of supermarkets and stores The bad is the security, There should be more cameras installed on the streets and buildings

Sometimes, Some still need to be arranged in the house and in the building
