It’s a good construction with good space. There aren’t a lot of facilities available such as gym, pool etc. But there is a concierge during the day time. Security is good the property. Building management could be better as there are delays in getting your request completed in time.

It is well connected with Underground Jubilee line just couple of minutes walk away as well as bus station nearby. With Morrisons and Co-op nearby, grocery shopping is easy. 24/7 Food Inn on the Barking road is also really helpful when shopping outside usual hours.

Facilities and building management are not great when compared to other modern apartments.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management is slow to respond and does not resolve the issues in timely manner
Great property
The development Is very modern and has a nice fitted kitchen and nice spacious rooms. There is also a morrisons attached and to the bottom is very useful for grocery shopping. There is also alot of amenities around such as a co op and the train station is very close by.

We pretty much got told everything before we moved apart form how to work the heating which is quite technical.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been as good as cab be however slightly slow at response as have to get landlords permission for things that have been broken.
Amazing location, lovely communal gardens
I love the property and the communal garden is so tranquil, love sunbathing heee in summer. A great base for East London. The property is well maintained and the flats are spacious. Property management company leaves more to be desired, they are slow at responding.

Fantastic location!!
Building facility and management is good. Having private garden which is a plus. Flat is desigbed in such a way that it gives more space and good storage is given in the flat which is very useful utility. It was really a very smooth process to deal with agent and get lease signed.

Locality is very good, Grocery store, bus stand, train station is couple of minutes away. Wide variety of pubs opening. It is great to live in this locality.

Parking is not available for our flat.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are responsive enough to resolve any problems.
Location is King
The design of development is very modern and stylish, straight from the lobby. The properties have really nice interiors, a mix of black and white in the kitchen area, super neat and elegant. The wooden floor makes you feel right at home. The gym is great, the right size and all the equipment one might need to get this much needed workout in.

The development is ideally located, right opposite the Canning Town station and surrounded by great shops, restaurants, health and postal
services. It would take you about five minutes to get to the O2, and the Westfield shopping centre is stone’s throw away. Saying that the area is convenient would be an understatement.

One caveat is the proximity of the flyover. It’s not overly noisy, but I would have picked another property in the building, had I paid more attention to the level of noise coming from the traffic. It’s been three years, and barely notice it now.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management staff are not only super competent but they are also very friendly. For any matter or query you need help with, they are always keen to sort you out. What I really like is how they keep you abreast of any updates throughout the process.

Great place, great location
I live in the discovery tower building which is great as it has very nice Design and layout of the apartments is just great. There is a gym in the building and to other the gyms outside. The property management stuff is lovely friendly and super Effective

I love the fact that this is becoming a great place to live in London. There are more and more developments around and with them loads of new shops and coffees and restaurants

My only problem with the area is that it’s close to the flyover and there can be some noise in different times of the day

They are super accommodating and always ready to help which is not always usual
Disappointed their customers service from One housing Group
Building management they are don’t care when you became their own customers from One Housing Group because I have spent over 4 months to has requested errors bills since 28/05/21, the problem still has not solved out now yet…disappointed..

Custmor from Morrison made some noise during night time. Bin collection is not too good as well.

If I know the One housing Group don’t care us, I wouldn’t buy any property from their hands…

As a customer I have treated as a boll by One housing Group company during 5months
The development overall is great
The development overall is great. However it is quite frustrating having to go all the way outside the door to take the bins out and half the time the bins are out of order which means people fly tips. The private bins are really small for nearly 150 apartments. No one has the time to walk around hallsville quarter and find other bins. There should be bin chutes in the building somewhere.

It’s quite hard for visitors to find us because the door sign for ‘discovery tower’ is a small plaque above the keypad. There should be a bigger sign either on the door or above written ‘Discovery Tower’. Also basement park is there’s strong gas smells when it rains and an annoying alarm sound.

The small private bins outside the building which are hardly working, the difficulty in finding the building because the name on the plaque is really small & the gas smell that made me vomit twice in basement 2 car park

Yes they have been very efficient and quick to respond or deal with any problems

It has private common area as well as private roof terrace which is very handy to have closed secured area especially if you hace kids etc. the community of neighbours are great, all working class families or individuals. However management requires lots of improvements

Unfortunately management requires lots of improvement

Design and building quality is just normal. Quality should be better given the price. Area still under development but potential to become a nice neighbourhood. The area is still under devolpment but there is potential for it to become really nice.
