Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We recently moved in Tillerman's Court. It has overall been a lovely experience. Just that when we moved in the apartment, it was meant to have professionally cleaned as it did look for the most part however, our washing machine had a very bad odour coming and our shower drain was a little blocked. Though these issues rose, but they were promptly solved by the management so we really appreciate that. I would like to give a shout out to Sewli who really helped us sort out these issues. She was very kind. Overall we love where we are living, its close to the Greenford station and a lot of shops are also walking distance for groceries and even TK Maxx and Boots etc are on walking distance. Many other shops in Greenford for example Halal Meat shops are a bus ride away from Tillerman's. Its a very nice family community and very peaceful and secure at night. We really enjoy the nearby coffee places like Esquires and Starbucks and the co working spaces. And Carlos and Kevin had been extremely accommodating and kind with their services.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded it well. I appreciate their prompt service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would say that when anyone comes for a viewing, please show them all the buildings amenities and facilities so they are able to make a sound and informed decision. We had to come twice to decide which building should;d we choose.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I enjoy living in this area – it’s generally quiet and residential with decent access to shops and transport. There are a few parks within walking distance, which is great for families and pet owners like us. Public transport links are fairly reliable, and there’s good access to the Central line. Overall, it’s a safe and friendly place to live with a good sense of community.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I’ve raised an issue, it’s generally been acknowledged and addressed within a reasonable timeframe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, there isn’t much to say here. I’ve had a mostly positive experience so far, and nothing really stands out as something I wish I had known beforehand.

Greenford Quay: A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Community

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Greenford Quay has been a great experience overall. The area offers a modern, well-maintained environment with plenty of green spaces nearby like Horsenden Hill and Northala Fields. The canal-side setting is peaceful, and the new developments include useful amenities such as cafés, a gym, and a supermarket. Transport links are decent, with the Central Line and several bus routes making it fairly easy to get into central London. Parking is mostly underground and secure, though visitor spaces are limited. Bin collections are generally reliable. The community feels safe and friendly, with low noise levels and minimal anti-social behaviour. A great spot for professionals and families alike.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at Greenford Quay has been consistently responsive and professional when dealing with any issues raised. Whether it's maintenance requests, questions about amenities, or general concerns, the team usually responds quickly—often within 24 hours. Repairs are handled efficiently, and the concierge team is always approachable and helpful. Communication is clear, and updates are provided when needed. A special mention goes to Peter, the building manager, who has been incredibly helpful, approachable, and proactive. He genuinely cares about residents' comfort and goes out of his way to ensure any concerns are addressed promptly. Overall, the management team creates a sense of reliability and care, which makes living here feel secure and well-supported.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving into Greenford Quay, specifically Tillerman’s Court, is how limited the visitor parking options are. While resident parking is available (usually underground and secure), it can be tricky for guests to find nearby spaces, especially during evenings or weekends. It would have been helpful to know this in advance to plan better for visitors. Additionally, while the area is peaceful overall, occasional construction noise from ongoing development in the wider Greenford Quay area can be a minor disruption during weekdays.

Bad - Limited restaurant options especially for Asian cuisines - No nearby public swimming pool Good - Perfect atmosphere - Minimal noise - Responsive staffs

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes fast, sometimes rather slow. It would be great to have a Whatsapp contact number that we can use for inquiring property related matters

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything is good except for the pricing, access to Asian (Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Thai) restaurants, and no swimming pool
