New properties and equipment being added up, maintained in aspects, new projects happening around, good gym to support the residents, walking distance to multiple places around, good development of student spaces around, would encourage a library around

Beautiful design. Really well insulated and sound proofed with great balconies. Couldn’t recommend a better company to rent with and especially this building by the canal it’s been great so far! There’s a wicked gym open 24/7 and also urban relay lockers for any parcels concierge kindly handle. Shout out to Jordan!

The people on security and reception are great people that cheer me up. There hasn't been much development in the years I have lived here. The elavators frequently break down. Our apartment has not been serviced in quite some time. I would love to see the gym developed more so that I don't have to pay for an additional gym membership, the current gym offers to little and is too crowded.

The flats are all designed well and we have had limited issues with the building itself, it is just becoming increasingly expensive to live here. Rent has gone up massively when no improvements have been made to the building to justify this which is a shame

Design: Modern and spacious. designed with well spaced balcony over a fascinating views and convenient storage room. Also, comes with high quality furniture. However, wall are painted with light color where it’s likely to be stained/scratched. Facilities: Gym, co-working area, and lounge room. These facilities well-maintained and accessible to residents. Building Management: They actively address maintenance and repair requests. However, mild delays are expected. Property Management: Common areas are clean and well-maintained. Where their are there clear policies for security and safety. Friendly reception team are always there to support the residents (9am -5pm). Residents can reach out to them via emails or over the phone.
