Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love the building, the gym is a good size and I like the overall design. I've had a couple of issues joining where forgot my fob, and had a number of questions about how things work. I've only spelt to Dior so far and she has been amazing, helpful, and has gone the extra mile to get me prompt answers and go above and beyond. Couldn't be happier.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As above, really prompt support in changing lights and sorting access

As above re spare key, this should be purchasable to de-risk any issues especially for people that work shifts

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a good location with local shops, restaurants, lounges and fast food places as well. Also very close to city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It was efficient and prompt. You are advised to have the app on your mobile which you can using use to raise issues if any arises

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The network coverage may not be the best within the building but overall apartment is comfortable and secure with decent amenities

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is perfect if you want a place close to the city centre but also quiet. It’s roughly a 15 minute walk, which makes commuting and days out really convenient. The shops here are great, with a Tesco that’s very handy and a small Co-op nearby. The tram is a 3 min walk and the bus stop is right outside ! Just a 5 minute walk into the Jewellery Quarter, there are multiple shops and takeaway options, with restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines. Bins are collected regularly and the area is well maintained. Everyone around here is really friendly, there’s no traffic noise, and I sleep soundly through the night every night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive whenever I’ve raised any issues. For example, my parcel was delivered to the wrong location while I was out, and when I contacted reception they immediately arranged for it to be safely stored in the parcel room. On another occasion, a lightbulb in my apartment stopped working and maintenance came to replace it straight away. Overall, issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I didn’t have any major surprises when moving in, as everything was fairly in line with what I expected from the viewing. Overall, the experience has been very straightforward and positive.

It was a great experience staying at this property. Had I not needed to move to london i would have stayed longer

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very actively they have resolved any issues and it was always satisfactory

Their management team is so active and the location was fabulous

The main advantage of living in this property is there are many shops nearby and the bus stop is just in front of the apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management responds immediately if we face any issues

There is no network connection in the apartment.Other than this everything is very nice in this apartment.
