Yes always. Issues are dealt with professionally and at a convenient time

Wish I had moved in earlier. A great place to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

the range and quality of local shops, restaurants, and bars are excellent. There’s a diverse selection of eateries offering various cuisines, and several shops cater to daily needs. The area also boasts beautiful open spaces and parks, which are perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There's nothing that needs to be changed that I'm happy with.

I'm mostly interested in knowing the exact fees and cost of living.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think this building is located in a really good area. We have everything near! I’m a full time mom of a little baby and I love to live here because I grab the pram, put my baby on it and we can go whatever we need in minutes. Epsom is a nice place where you can have all that you need of a town such as local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping center, the train station and at the same time, it has beautiful greens spaces and parks around. My street is quiet and clean. The only problem that I can see I would be the parking because it is not in the building so when we get off the car with the baby’s stuff or the supermarket bags is not convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

He has responded 100% efficient and helpful. No complains about this.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We really love that you can find near to London a place which is refurnished, it has many great facilities, the community is nice and welcoming, it is located in the central of a town, it is pet friendly, it has a nice roof top and a perfect place where you can live with children!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location as it is shares the same building as Epsom station and is located at Epsom Town centre. Lots of places to shop and eat/drink within walking distance of Fizzy building due to its centralised location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had only minor issues since we moved in but even the smallest of issues are taken care of immediately.

Nothing at all. Michel was very thorough with details when we came to view the property.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My family and I moved into Fizzy Epsom circa 3 months back and we absolutely love the diverse range of local shops, restaurants and bars around Fizzy Epsom. Whether its Asian, Oriental, Mediterranean or Continental restaurants, pubs and take-outs, local cafe or known chains, its all within walking distance from Fizzy. One of our flat's bedroom overlooks Epsom station and the balcony overlooks the station approach street. Our main concern was how noisy it would be but to our pleasant surprise, when the windows are shut, we do not hear any noises. That said, the traffic and station sounds can get a bit noisy if the windows are left open and during the summer, we would need to leave them open for the nice airy breeze to cool our flat. Parking can get a bit challenging as there are limited paid parking spaces available - so if you have your own car, be prepared for an extra amount to be paid per month for your own dedicated parking space. Another challenge is visitor parking as the spaces are very limited. But considering the benefits of living stone's throw away from the station and public transportation means that we don't need to use our car as much and use the saving of your petrol costs against the dedicated parking :)

As mentioned above, the building management responds to any problems or issues raised, with utmost professionalism and in a very timely manner. The building management is the main USP of Fizzy Epsom according to me.

Only good from our perspective - Excellent management and maintenance team, awesome facilities, friendly neighbours, safe and secure and the rooftop terrace has amazing views of London too!
