We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Building facilities are good, gym and parking are included which makes life easier! Management are attentive and friendly and are on hand 24/7 for any queries. The buildings are on a main road but set back far enough to avoid any noise from the road.

The flat design is pretty standard for a new build, but is great nonetheless. It's clean, and the windows are floor to ceiling to a lot of light will come through. If you have any issues with your flat, the maintenance team are quick and responsive. The only downside I have experienced is that the general hallways and outside of the building isn't kept to the same standard. A new paint job every so often to remove scuffs and deep scrapes in the wall would be good.

Great facilities but lack maintenance. Green spaces don't get maintenance, cctv does not work very often. There is no security that you can rely on if anything happens. The problem with children and teenagers playing football is huge. It becomes like a football field on some days and as a parent of a small baby I am scared to take her outside on these days. We live on the ground floor and if my door or window is open the ball gets kicked inside my flat all the time. It is not safe

Management will respond with speed if any issues or complaints and made which is always great. Concierge is, for the most part, very helpful. On some occasions, new staff will be at Concierge and refuse to hand over parcels which is frustrating. Another aspect is the care of the property. Littering is an issue from some residents and also the wind blowing it into the square. Also, property damage, such as bricks broken at the front is sad.

Very modern design with winter balconies allowing for that private outdoor space! Really secure with a concierge service 24/7 and a 24/7 access to the gym facilities! Also has underground car park and bicycle storage facilities. High end appliances used throughout the property
