Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a relatively good estate with a decent community. Negatives- no communal area, no shop, the main Apollo avenue still closed to traffic (been 5 years), and close to fullers slade which isn't a great place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It takes forever to get in touch with the management company.

I should have researched the area better. I should.have researched about the after sales care feedback of the developer.

No direct bus service which is which is a major fail. No local shop options but this is on the ling time plan.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They do fix but it can be slow. They do always eventually fix though.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No direct public transport link, there is a bus nearby but it cannit be guaranteed.

Walking distance to Stony Stratford which is fantastic for local amenities. Lots of choice, character and independent businesses. Lots of community events. A great place to live.

Again just to be careful on the property management and their prices do go up!

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Design of the balcony as it has wooden slates with gaps so everything you need to clean it or water your plants, water goes through soaking the balcony underneath you!

I wish the homes were built with better functionality and more room

I wish I knew that new builds weren’t made to last but that area does stay lovely for a long time and you get to meet lots of younger families as wel

Would add More kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Better design overall and kitchen tiles

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fairfields is a short walk from Stony Stratford, a great market town with lots of independent pubs, restaurants and shops. There is a huge country park for dog walks and the development is only five minutes from open countryside. A lovely area!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not needed to raise any problems with building management
