Clean and tidy development which outdoor space and pleasant common areas. Facilities such as cap park gate, shared boilers and building lift encounter problems regularly and whilst these are fixed relatively quickly, fixes tend to be short term rather than long term.

Beautiful flats, incredible location, expensive bills but worth it. Great easy access to local shops and amenities, lots of access to public travel, just a 15 min walk to the train station and bus stop right outside. Has access to ASDA and local post office.

Very modern design, feels a bit like a hotel. The concierge is lovely, otherwise we've had little contact with management. There's been an issue with the hot water in the showers, but the management seems to take this seriously and are handling this well.

Unbelievable value for money. This is a highly spacious and modern flat for a reasonable price, and gas is included in the rent! All of our rooms are gorgeous and we have more space than we know what to do with. I get the impression that the building is managed very well as there has been an issue with hot water, and I have been getting regular emails from the management team giving detailed updates of what they're doing to fix it.

The design of the apartments are lovely, bright spaces. I thoroughly enjoying living in my flat. Everything is finished to a high quality, especially the bathroom fittings. The concierge is great, and really useful. There's a lovely central garden which is used a lot in the summer. Property management is ok. There's a 2 year warranty on the apartment, but you do have to chase quite a bit for issues to be fixed. There's is only one person to contact with any issues and clearly that's not enough to manage an ever growing site, hence the delays. There's been issues with hot water supply, these do get fixed eventually and seem to be being looked into, but with no long term resolution found yet...
