Close to Colchester & Ipswich. Easy access to transport and local facilities. Great local pubs and takeaways. Lots of nice areas of dog walking.

How awful of a company City & Country and to not use.

What is the best feature of your home:

The general outside design and look of my property is nice.

Really enjoy the inner city living you get from FN1. Peaceful environment to live in. I like being close to north street

The sales team were sub par and I wish someone told me to be careful dealing with them.

What is the best feature of your home:

I like the high ceilings and windows and the kitchen has a nice finish.

Bedminster has so much creativity and so many things to do. You could never be bored! We are next to the airport bus stop, 20 minutes and you’re at Bristol ready to fly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Communal gas not mains, makes it VERY expensive. Also City and Countey fail to recycle our waste.

What is the best feature of your home:

En suite bathroom as a whole! The gold fixtures and wet room are lovely.

Large range of shops, particularly coffee/ food places. The local area is being developed and new improved shops are here.

Before moving in I wish we had known how much the development and close areas would have been changed from initial plans.

What is the best feature of your home:

Location: being close to a range of shops and restorative pieces in the home.
