Also, it has local access to the capital’s transport network, so it’s easy to get to wherever you’re going. Currently under construction, there will a selection of one and two bedroom apartments sold over three phases. Some homes will have an allocated car parking space and all are pet friendly.

Very slow to reply and need to chase multiple times – still waiting for grass to be cut in communal garden despite chasing for 4 months. Service charge is way too much especially considering the lack of service provided. Parking availability is awful

Good location, close to corner shops and tube station. Bad parking availability. Hard for deliveries and postman sometimes as need to buzz in twice

How bad the parking situation is and how bad the service/management is. Paying so much in service charge for 0 service
