Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Collective is a great place and has really got the right balance between privacy and communal living. Great transport links within 10 minutes walking distance providing easy and quick links to Ealing Broadway and Shepherds Bush for restaurants and shopping.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Pavel and his maintenance team are great. They are on site which makes any issue quickly resolved in a friendly, professional and timely manner. Thanks Pavel 💪💪

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everything are quite good. 10 mins walk to Tesco or Sainsburys, left and right small town with supermarkets. Grocery store, quite safe and good location. Both side have a tube station which is very convenient to travel to many different places.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We reported with a QR code and they responded quite quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Very good locations, people are very friendly, meet lots of people from different countries and background which helps you to explore your visions and make new friends. Better than my expectations.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great community inside the building. Every day there are free events and have made some lovely friends and learned new things. Only downside is the location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded a couple of times but not satisfactory

Living at The Collective Old Oak NW10 offers a lively, design-led community with shared spaces, easy transport links into central London, and a social yet comfortable lifestyle that suits both professionals and creatives.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes when I had an issue with the lights in the kitchen as it wasn’t working. I was able to get help and it was fixed with 48 hours, which was really impressive.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A parking spot location would of been ideal to know before I moved in, but I was able to sort that out

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
not much nearby in the immediate area really, apart from one convenience store next door. however, transport links are great, with buses and willesden junction station nearby and north acton station also in fairly reasonable walking distance just in case one might need the central line (i needed it for my night shifts when the night tube ran)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
yes, and they were understanding and quickly attentive to all of my requests. very satisfied
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
maybe it can get a bit noisy, including at night, as it is next to the recycling plant… but i dont mind this, its only when the window is open can it get bad.
