Living in my local area has its pros and cons. On the positive side, there's a good range of local shops, restaurants, and cafes, with a mix of independent and chain options. The open spaces nearby, including parks and walking trails, are a real bonus—well-kept and ideal for relaxing or exercising. Transport links are generally reliable, with buses and trains running regularly, although services can be delayed during peak times or weekends
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has responded quickly and professionally to any issues I've raised, usually resolving them without delays.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how limited the on-street parking can be, especially during evenings and weekends—it fills up quickly.

Good food places (including box park), 2 min from train station, but quite far from peaceful, open, green spaces

Yes, they responded quickly to water being cut off

Nothing, info was clear. Anything more I wish I’d known is stuff I only know with hindsight and is stuff specific to me (would prefer bigger space and closer to a park)

Good location and easy to get to central London. East Croydon is a fine area, a little dirty on the streets and a lot of anti-social behaviour but on the whole I have found it positice

Well situated opposite East Croydon Station, in a well lit, safe area and close to a variety of stores and restaurants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have always answered quickly and worked to get any issues addressed in a timely manner. The staff communicate early enough in case of any changes.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Definitely use Tulu as it is budget friendly and allows you to rent a variety of items. Be mindful of the amount of storage that you have especially in the kitchen. Do your laundry at the randomness of times to avoid struggling to find a machine in the laundry room.

There are about 4 convient stores near the building, and a trian station within about 7,8 minutes walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They responded my issue within three working days.

Transport here is more convenient than I expected.
