My commute to work in London is actually quicker than when I lived in London and you’re literally a few seconds walk to the station. Easy access to Gatwick. A lot of airport hotels but that means lots of options for places to eat as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always fixed within 24 hours - although they do have the odd day in the winter when the boilers break.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would be handy to know and see the view of the room you’ll move into - I love mine but I didn’t know what it was until I moved in as only saw show apartments.

Plenty of shops, 15 minutes from London Bridge , box park is very close and great for evening events

No had any problems staff has been very helpful and kind

Living in my local area has its pros and cons. On the positive side, there's a good range of local shops, restaurants, and cafes, with a mix of independent and chain options. The open spaces nearby, including parks and walking trails, are a real bonus—well-kept and ideal for relaxing or exercising. Transport links are generally reliable, with buses and trains running regularly, although services can be delayed during peak times or weekends
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has responded quickly and professionally to any issues I've raised, usually resolving them without delays.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how limited the on-street parking can be, especially during evenings and weekends—it fills up quickly.

Good food places (including box park), 2 min from train station, but quite far from peaceful, open, green spaces

Yes, they responded quickly to water being cut off

Nothing, info was clear. Anything more I wish I’d known is stuff I only know with hindsight and is stuff specific to me (would prefer bigger space and closer to a park)

Good location and easy to get to central London. East Croydon is a fine area, a little dirty on the streets and a lot of anti-social behaviour but on the whole I have found it positice

Quickly and efficiently so far if I have raised anything

That the washing costs money on top of your rent as well
