Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
pet friendly Enclave is very pet-friendly, which is a big plus. The building also provides private cleaning services, which is convenient. In terms of security, it's better than many other apartments because access requires a key card. However, the street can get quite noisy at times, and the soundproofing in the hallways is not very good. Additionally, parking is available, but anti-social behavior or traffic noise isn’t much of an issue.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The landlord is generally responsive and polite, but communication can sometimes be slow, especially when there are staff changes. It's advisable to follow up if you don't get a response to your emails promptly. The building management responds politely, but there have been instances where they are slow to address certain issues, especially when there are new staff members. It can feel a bit disorganized, and it’s important to follow up if you have not heard back. However, when they do respond, they are usually courteous and helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known about the noise levels due to poor soundproofing in the hallways and the fact that the apartment allows short-term rentals. This means neighbors change frequently, and it can sometimes get noisy, especially when larger families occupy smaller units.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Restaurants and bars are sufficient around the Kings Cross area. Shops are few, with only a Co-op nearby, and others need to walk. It is a tranquil neighbourhood with merely the noise from the railway. Bin collection is very convenient as residents only need to put it in the basement. However, this area has minimal parking, and public transport needs at least 10-minute walking.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They can understand my questions and needs clearly and reply in a reasonable time. Again, the 24/7 concierge is very convenient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The operation of lights and electronic appliances is more complicated than I thought. TV is not included in the inventory. For 1-bedroom, there are only one desk and four chairs in the entire apartment. Bed size is standard King.

You have a coop next to the building, if you need other shops you need to do at least a 4min walk. Connection to public transport is good, both buses and underground is available. Very little traffic, and often some parking is available.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, overall quite fast, but the person in charge is sometimes extremely busy leading to understandable delays.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Noise from trains or neighbors in their apartments isn't an issue at all, noise in the corridor can be a problem although almost never happens. Speaking of noise, room doors seal so well that actually opening them results in a fair amount of noise that can wake you up.

Its beyond amazing. Very modern, well finished, well furnished, and in an amazing area. So many restaurants around, many cuisines.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has consistently demonstrated a high level of responsiveness and efficiency in addressing any problems or concerns I've raised. Their swift action and proactive approach reflect a commitment to tenant satisfaction, enhancing the overall experience of living here.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Its just that the lift requires a card to operate everytime you go into it!

Bin collection is not as often as it should be for a development of its size. The area is very nice in terms of shops and transport connection as it is close to Kings Cross station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Only to some of them. Some times they do not follow up and we have to chase them a lot about issues that they did not log. It is very disappointing considering the premium price we pay.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is no gym yet as they told us it would have been completed before we moved in. Things are not followed up and the facilities management is not very quick.

Hello, thank you for your review and I'm sorry that you don't appear to have had the experience we would want you to have at Enclave: KX. To compensate for the delays to the gym delivery last year, we offered residents the opportunity to have a Peloton bike in their apartment. This should have been offered to you alongside the other residents. If this is not the case, please let me know and I will arrange this for you.
