We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The development itself is beautiful. There were issues with the green space in the centre as the management were not taking care of it, so the residents took it upon themselves to start a ‘go fund me’ to purchase lots of beautiful plants and flowers and re-do the area. There’s similar concerns of the green space next to Aldi. The building management is fine and do as expected.

The design and layout of the estate is lovely. It has a very nice appearance and gets looked after by our residents well (mostly) There aren’t really any specific facilities within the estate, however has a lovely new Aldi at one end, with a local pub and gorgeous large park. Building management is sub par - the cleaner isn’t great for the flats (he comes in with a hoover for 2 minutes and that’s it) for the money we pay for ‘cleaning’ it is poor.
