I love the kitchen design a lot as it is rarely such a big kitchen in other similar kind of new building. All the rooms are designed practically in rectanglar shape, which you can make good use of the space. The furniture provided are comfortable and they are from BoConcept which my family do like and appreciate its design. There has been a little problem with leakage previously in my bathroom, but the property management quickly fixed, which was excellent. Its good to have central air conditioning and heating. Please note the central heating have to be paid seperately, which is a big cost, so we usually use a standalone heater. While the cooling is not that costly compare with the heat, we feel so blessed to have air conditioning during heat wave.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There a a few buses available just down the building, which helped my family a lot to commute in a cheaper way. White City station (Central line) and Wood Lane Station (Hammersmith and Circle line) are less than 15 minutes walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In my experience, they handled it swiftly and followed up about it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The central heating has to be paid seperately and the rate, to me, is very very high. You may consider using a standalone heater instead. You may not aware how expensive it is until you get the bill, which was quite shocking to me as i moved in in winter time.

Modern Design with Convenient Facilities

Li (Tenant)

Oct 2024

The design of the development is modern and functional, with well-planned layouts and a pleasant aesthetic. Building management is generally responsive to requests and quick to address issues. However, parking spaces can be limited at any times, which might cause some inconvenience. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live, but there is room for improvement in certain areas.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in the area has its advantages, particularly with the convenience of being close to a shopping mall, making it easy to buy groceries and other essentials. However, a downside is that there is ongoing construction nearby, which leads to frequent noise disturbances.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded to issues promptly and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that although the building has three elevators, one of them is frequently out of service. This can sometimes cause delays, especially during peak hours. It's something to keep in mind if you rely on the elevators daily.

The building has minimal facilities

Sept 2024

The building has minimal facilities - including a bike storage area, but doesn't have a parking space or gym. It is designed well to get light in the winter months and the triple glazed windows keep the flats warm. In the past year, there have been some water, heating and lift issues - most have been resolved quite quickly by management.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is conveniently located, close to both White City and Wood Lane stations. Westfield is a few minutes away as well. The vibrant Shepherds Bush - with its market and theatre is a 15 min walk away as is Wormwood Scrubs park. The building is at a busy traffic intersection so it does get noisy at times. There has also been road works and construction around in the past yeat which adds to the noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they have addressed issues within the flat promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is a hospital close by - lots of ambulances coming and going.

A great place to live if you are Imperial staff and benefit from reduced rent rates

The design of the building like a staircase is quite unique and interesting. The facilities are modern and functional. The furniture is of very decent quality. Building management and concierge team are friendly and effective. Property management through Imperial is great as well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great transport links (Central and Circle lines closeby) and a range of shops in the Westfield London Shopping Centre. It's also within walking distance to Notting Hill and Holland Park, which are spots we love to go. Located within the new White City campus, it is very convenient for Imperial staff. One of the main problems is the location close to the A40/Westway, so that we can hear traffic noise when the windows are opened.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly. The few issues we had were resolved within a week or so.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area has a lot of constructions going on, so the roads are often diverted/blocked and the noise pollution is quite high.

The building has a very special and iconic design, which can be very easily noticed. The facilities are good and very easy to use. The management team is well-orgainsed, and very delicated in their jobs. The services they provide are nice and accurate.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice place to live, very close to imperial college White City campus. 10 minutes walk to White City station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very helpful when there is a problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is no gym in the building, which makes exercising very difficult.
