    Management is top level, reactive, swift and polite. Building is brand new, great heating insulation. Sound insulation, especially between flats could be better but not a big deal. High quality furniture and appliances. Cycle garage is very convenient with separate entrance.

    Highly recommended, great location,loads of things to do around, great connection, brand new building and of very high quality.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Whatever was raised was dealt efficiently and swiftly.

    How convinient is the location and how much nicer the area has became the past few years

    Design on the building is nice. Would like to see a common area that can be used by tenants and other people on the ground floor. Maybe a bar or a shared work space. Would be nice also to have a gym. Concierges are amazing. Would like to see more green around the building.

    Transport links are good. Close to Central and H&C line. There are no close local shops, restaurants or bars. Westfield is closed but I would like to see more local development

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Response is quite fast. Raised an issue with aircon that was solved but it could have been quicker

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    A bit noisy for the close motorway and the crossroad is not the best

    Consierges are super polite and always effective. Parcels are always delivered properly. Waste collection is also effective. Sound insulation is not that great, especially between flat to flat. Car noise is not really reaching the flat. Flats are very well heat insulated though.

    Except parking which is a bit tricky and the lack of garden/communal areas it's one of the best places I have ever lived in London.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Efficiently and rapidly. Very professional and helpful people

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    How nice is living in 88 Woodlane. Was seeming too hotelish in beginning but its the best flat I have lived in London.

    This building is very well made and recent. Everyone in concierge is amazing. everything is always very well maintained. The design of the building is very fresh and clean an so are the flats. The flats have big windows offering good lightning. Heating available on all divisions.

    Tesco is couple of minutes away. Central and Hammersmith and city / circle lines and Westfield shopping centre and bars are 10 min away.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any problem or issue was resolved in a fast and efficient manner.

    Good weather and sound isolation

    You know my roof is keeping leaking. Maybe you should pay more attention on the building quality checking. To be honest, you should build a gym inside the building. This building really need a gym. If it is possible, a swimming pool is also a good idea.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The flat is quite far away from central. If we want to go to the soho, it takes more than 30 mins. But it is close to Westfield. So I can’t complain too much.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They are really good team. You know they are trying their best.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    There is no gym inside the building and there is no any gym near by.
