Great location and proximity to Westfield and the station. Lots of restaurant options and nice and close to the park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Report issues on the app and it is handled fairly quickly.

Rent is increased on a yearly basis. Becomes quite expensive long term.

We had great secure underground parking available for our car and bicycles. The proximity to Westfield meant having pretty much everything at your doorstep and the station just a few mins away meant hopping in to central London within 20 mins at most. Doesn't get easier than this! The range of great restaurants, taprooms in the area is unmatched - with Hackney just around the corner!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues raised while we were living there so not applicable.

Nothing to add here, as we got more than we expected whilst moving in :)

Good aspect is that I love the area and has great transport links. What’s bad is that there’s people that sit in cars outside my property smoke weed and leave rubbish every night, I have spoken to security put they don’t do anything

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It was 100% until my most recent request did not get responded to until I chased it up almost a week later

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about how limited parking is and I think it’s a joke the price that is asked to pay your own car. There needs to be more car parking space in the main road as there are too many spaces for disabled and electric

Stratford East Village is a fantastic place to live — safe, clean, and lively. There's a great mix of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, plus the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Westfield offer unmatched convenience. Transport links are excellent, with Stratford Station providing easy access to Central London. The area is quiet with minimal traffic noise, bins are collected regularly, and the neighbourhood feels well-maintained.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been prompt and professional. Any minor issues raised were addressed quickly and efficiently, with clear communication throughout.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area is generally quiet, but occasional weekend events in the park can bring some crowds and noise—nothing major, but worth noting. Also, the sun exposure varies a lot depending on which side of the building you're on, so it's good to check for natural light in your specific flat during different times of day.

Great area to live, lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Green areas and parks all accessible within 5-10 minute walk thanks to being so close to the Olympic park. A really nice and clean area of London.

Always responded incredibly promptly within 24 hours

Can’t think of anything - all round good for transport links, amenities and property management
