On-site maintenance is great (des) very friendly, property management is average, design of the apartment is a good use of space.

On-site maintenance is great (des) very friendly, property management is average, design of the apartment is a good use of space. The podium gardens are great and frequently used. Gateway our property managers have frequently changing account managers for our building making it difficult for changes to be made but we finally have cctv in the parking and Mail room which has made a big difference

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Short walk to station, cctv camera across the village, quiet, parking is permit only with limited guest parking available

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ask for a map of the electrics so you have an idea where to drill when putting things on the wall and also where the support boards are behind the plaster board. Also don’t the service charge estimates are complete rubbish add at least another third onto what they say. If you have solar panels ask the maintenance cost great green benefit but they are expensive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The kitchen, I would have a double door for a double door fridge rather than the small fridge/freezer provided

Amazing modern development with beautiful landscape and very well maintained gardens. Loads of parks for children. Development benefits from local Sainsbury’s shop and close proximity to the station just 10 min walks. I feel good and safe here. CCTVs is everywhere!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely and quite development. Close to the gym in stockley park and local Sainsbury’s. Development would benefit from local restaurant or bar. Parking for visitors can be nightmare sometimes but overall the best place I ever lived so far.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This is just my personal experience. I wish I knew I am gonna be having very noisy neighbours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Bin Rom next to the main entrance . I would definitely improve the soundproofing of my property.
