We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The building itself is really well done and designed. Even though it's just next to the station the doubled glazed windows prevent any noise which is not even noticeable. 24 concierge and private parking make the development very secure. The management of the building really cares about the tenants. It's regularly being cleaned which I really appreciate! The layout of the interior is modern and useful. There are no wasted spaces as everything is well designed and functional. The unique thing I could complain about is bike storage. there is no closed room for bikes only the racks which make me keep my bike inside of the apartment, But other than that I'm really happy about living. here. All building management is very polite and helpful!

The design of the building is stark; what makes it is its prime location and breathtaking views. It has a 24/7 concierge team who are really great people. The area it falls short is with its relations between managing agent PPM and leaseholders, which can be quite strained.

My building is part of the council and people really don’t take care of it, the lift is also broken right now which isn’t nice since we live on one is the top floor. The area is lovely to live in and I love my balcony!

I live with my brother here and it’s a nice space for us both. Our balcony’s on the ground floor and it can bring in several animals and that means we have a really noisy spot. Otherwise the building is very clean and the neighbours are great. The commute to work is really nice and quick because of the DLR

I’ve heard a few residents really don’t respect the building and in the common areas which is disappointing because it can be better looked after. My flat specifically is lovely however when I did move in on the first day the oven wasn’t working and we weren’t notified. However the building as whole is great, a nice place to live in if you’re working since station is close by. Another thing is that my bike was once stolen from the bike lock!!!!!!!!!!! And nothing was done about it.
