Local amenities awesome with super store and bakery close by. Rail connections to London frequent and near. Parking underground is safe and well lit

Excellent. Days not weeks and always swift to fix.

Nothing to add here as the team were thorough in showing the facilities and amenities

Well, its start with meeting the letting agent mine was Becca, she was so friendly and explained everything so well that I had no questions left to ask only aa thank you. The location of Cortland Cassiobury is very convenient with the train station walking distance from Croxley green and Watford. The Morrison is less than 5 minutes’ walk, and there is school as school within minutes’ walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had problem with the closing of my window and the kitchen sink and the towel rail which was delt within a day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That fact that you do not have anyone to help people move in and take the big things up in the life

It’s in a really convenient spot close to Cassiobury Park, which is great for walks, green space, and getting outdoors. Watford town centre is easy to get to and has plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and bars, so everything you need is nearby. Transport links are also good, with Watford Junction and Watford Underground close by, making it straightforward to travel into London and around the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has responded well to any issues raised. Maintenance problems with the microwave, dishwasher, dryer, and washing machine were resolved quickly and efficiently, with clear communication throughout the process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is limited so it’s a bit inconvenient if we have visitors . Although there’s free supermarket parking for visitors

The Morrisons so close is fantastic for nipping to. There could be more restaurants near but delivery services like uber eats makes it fine. The gym is great one more cables machine would make it perfect as it can be a bust piece of equipment. The coffee machine is a nice touch. Parking could be better as we have a 2 bedroom apartment and only 1 space so have to park the other car in Morrisons. There’s no traffic noise and so far no anti social behaviour to my knowledge.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

At first they were a little slow with a leak we had blaming being let down by tradesmen. It left the carpet in my bedroom very wet for a good couple weeks. However recently they were much more efficient and sorted 3 problems within a week.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The people in the building are really friendly. The design works well and makes living here very safe with the multiple key entrances.

Well equipped & modern design complex

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There's a big Morrisons right next door, which is very convenient. I do wish there were more stores nearby such as Boots, M&S, and cafes. 15min walk to met line. Bin collections are smooth. Very little traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very quick with responses, coming to fix issues within two-three days. Very kind maintenance team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Typical monthly bills. Otherwise the facilities that come with the complex have been amazing
