Great location every thing I need is around, supermarkets, transportation all kind buses tram and train, close to city centre.

Fast and great prioritisation if the issue is important

Nothing really, I know everything bad or good even before I live here.

Here is quiet paceful area where I can enjoy the bar and many restaurants. It’s really convenient place

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes there’s one time that one person got to my room, I’ve reported it

Nothing special to be honest. Thanks for your food

Good variety of shops and places to eat. No parking available. Great transport connection. No good that there are many beggars

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have everything solved when I reported something.

There is no AC in the flats, and there is no parking.

Living at Cortland has been exceptional. The location is ideal in terms of safety, convenience and aesthetically pleasing. It’s the best place I have ever lived! I’ve lived here since June 2026, and feel if there are any issues I would ever need to raise, I would be comfortable doing so with the amazing team.

Quickly, efficiently and with respect and kindness.

I was made fully aware of the experience I would have living here, having asked the right questions. I would say ask the right questions and don’t be shy, there is no such thing as a stupid question. Either you know or you don’t know.

Good: there’s sufficient supermarkets nearby, tram station down below the building Bad: it’s a bit loud at night

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes the manager scheduled meet up to discuss on the issue we raised, we felt being listened

Maybe to let people know the transportation is very convenient
