Cornell Square is a collection of apartments by U+I, located in South Lambeth. The development is ideally located for commuters – the Overground service at Wandsworth Road Station, and the Victoria and Northern line services at Stockwell and Queenstown Road stations are all within walking distance.

The development is very modern, clean and well looked after. There is a concierge service, a gym below (though no discounts for tenants), and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The drawbacks are the noise - although it appears a quiet development, the windows are very thin and there is a lot of shouting at night, plus you can hear the Nine Elms development through much of the night. We have also had many problems with postbox access and our intercom system and the concierge are not able to help as this is the landlord’s responsibility - however, the property company send us straight back to the concierge - very frustrating!
