Incomplete and should wait longer before getting people in

Niko Livadiotis (Owner)

Sept 2021

I moved in late august and couldn’t access my drive for 3 weeks. I have rheumatoid arthritis so walking down the road with my belongings wasn’t ideal for my back. In addition to that, I’ve had issues with plumbing and electrics. Then the person who was outsourced has damaged my wall. Very poor

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have lived around here most my life and know the area well. Has everything I need and I work locally so it was a no brainer for me with the location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I am waiting for them to come back to me on a big list of issues that need resolving. It’s been 2 business days with no response

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think they should have forewarned me about the work that was happening rather than me find out in a pile of letters. I would have delayed if I couldn’t get on my drive

Love the modern design, management is slow and unresponsive.

Love the modern design, management is slow and unresponsive. Customer service is awful. Takes ages to respond, dispute evidenced items/snags and try to get out of doing any remedial work despite being within warranty/caused by their poor workmanship.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Gréât location. On edge of countryside, gréât for walks but still close enough to shops and a town.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slowly if at all. And when do respond, just argue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

reputation for aftercare service despite warranty

A lovely place to live

Bob (Owner)

Sept 2021

The development does not have the “boxy” feel of most new build sites. Possibly due to the curvy roads or some houses being set back and others not. The park adds a countryside aspect and it is lovely to see children making use of the playground. There is only one access road into the development which would be my main down point

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are convenience shops nearby, and restaurants and supermarkets a short drive a way. The street is quiet

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially yes, however there are still issues that are unresolved

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The build was delayed considerably due to Covid and I have since heard neighbours received free extras due to this. I wish I had also kicked up a fuss as extras to the developer are pennies, but to me buying my first home, they would have been a lovely (free) bonus

Lovely neighborhood

Jadie H (Owner)

Lovely houses, with a lovely park in the middle of the estate. Good neighbors, and community spirit. Issues with the development have been dealt with but I believe they could of been dealt with faster at times. Facilities good and kept to a good standard.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good Community of people who are always happy to help a neighbor. Good location with great access.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Dealt with them if issues have occurred. Could of been faster to deal with them at times

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How long the works would be going on for. But almost finished now!

Young family friendly area and home

Nicely laid out and large garden for new build. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently but did have a few snags due to rushing to finish by a certain time frame. Parking for guests is tight and turning circles aren't the best around here. County walls are fab

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Schools and country walks is a bonus

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not as prompt as is like but did get jobs done eventually

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Get a snagging list sorted on day 2 or 3
