Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet, close to the city centre, beautiful river nearby. Shops are a bit far but there is a gyn nearby and some lovely pub.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No information was lacking so I felt pretty informed about moving in.

What is the best feature of your home:

Very nice view of the merseyside. Neighbors are really nice and social, great community.
