I am happy choosing charter place, great location, very good management which responds on time, great facilities like gym and lounge that allows 24/7. Everything is accessible from restaurants, shops, high street, bus station, underground tube station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Al-Karim and Sorin Management team was very helpful they solved my problem within hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The location is perfect and always quiet inside the flat but so close to everything including shops and grocery stores.

Although living close to the high streets have some downsides but there are more positive ones than critical, garbage collection is timely, privet parking available with 24hrs security
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes ofcourse they are very responsive, living here for almost 4 years without much of issues…each time any concerns raised they try to fix immediately as they have very competent maintenance team..

We moved in after having verified everything and they stood true to their promise

Close to shops, can’t hear traffic so much. No anti-social behaviour. Very close to the underground station

Living in Charter place has been great. The facility is just about three minutes walk to the train station. The bus station is right beside the facility with a bus stop exactly at the front of the buildings. There are lots of stores like Primark, KFC, Cinema, Sports Direct and other local food stores within 5 minutes walking distance. It’s a great place to live .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Response to issues has been very fast. I lodge a repair request and it was attended in less than 6 working hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Can’t think of any at the moment. But I love the facility.

Hounslow East offers excellent transport links, including quick access to Heathrow Airport and central London via the Piccadilly Line. The area is culturally diverse, with a variety of international cuisines and community events. It also has nearby green spaces like Lampton Park, ideal for leisure and relaxation.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been prompt and professional in addressing any issues raised. Maintenance requests are usually handled efficiently, with good communication throughout the process. Overall, their responsiveness contributes to a positive living experience.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how limited the parking options are for residents and guests.
